In Performance Management, a system in which business and competency goals are determined, which focus on the development of both our employees and our organization, are used. Neta Human Resources department measures the performance of its employees annually in line with the management principles.
Our executives share one-on-one meetings with their employees at regular intervals throughout the year, share their feedback, and provide guidance and coaching. The outputs of the performance management system are used in determining training needs, remuneration work and during the career planning of the person.
As a company that attaches great importance to education, Neta Technologies have a management approach that gives opportunities for the continuous development of its employees. NETA TECHNOLOGIES TRAINING POLICY
Neta, which attaches great importance to human resources, supports continuing education and development in order to increase employee qualifications, increase work and labor productivity, and ensure motivation and aims to establish this as a corporate culture.
Neta prepares annual training plans by taking into consideration the demands of the employees and the competencies required by the positions, personal and professional development needs.
Neta organizes planned and unplanned internal and external trainings in order to improve the business of the employees and increase the added value they provide to the organization.
Neta supports the participation of the employees in the internal and external technical trainings in order to increase the level of knowledge in this field and to adapt to the new technologies by providing the technological developments to follow.
Neta gives importance to orientation trainings in order to gain the knowledge and skills necessary for the employees to fulfill their duties, to clarify their powers and responsibilities, to ensure their internal compliance and to prepare the employees for the top positions.
In line with the awareness of environmental protection and the importance Neta attaches to employee health, provides minimization of losses in this matter by planning and implementing occupational health and safety and environmental trainings.
Communication, which we have adopted as the core competence of our company, effectively shows itself at every level of our company. In our working culture, employees from all levels can easily communicate with each other and continue their business. Our company has a very open-minded structure that attaches great importance to this.
We guide our employees to work in a result oriented manner for the continuity of our business. We hold “Annual Review Meetings” to run to the targets set by our senior management annually. At these meetings, the quality objectives determined on the basis of departments form the backbone of our business discipline and these objectives are evaluated in certain periods.
We also take operational decisions and continue our business quickly through weekly coordination meetings.
In Neta Technologies, an orientation program is applied for our newly recruited colleagues.

Company policies and procedures are explained.
Everyone who is a new employee is introduced within the company, the workplace is shown, and building orientation is done.
Information about the position to be started is given, tasks are transferred.
Information about general workplace rules is given.
Mandatory training is given to the employee. (Environment, Technical etc. trainings)
Equipment used by the employee is introduced.

Working Hours
Our working hours, which are determined as 7:30 - 17:15 on weekdays, may vary in the way some departments work on weekdays or at weekends.

Transportation is provided to our company located in the Upper Dudullu Organized Industrial Zone.
